What this site doesn't do

This website doesn't set advertising or marketing cookies, and doesn't sell your browsing information to anyone.

Strictly necessary local storage

If you turn on repair status notifications while tracking a repair, your browser stores a small flag on your own device (not a cookie, technically "local storage") so it remembers notifications are already on for that repair. It doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for anything beyond that one feature. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

Analytics

Where enabled, this site uses Google Analytics to understand overall visitor numbers and which pages are useful — for example, how many people visit, roughly, and which device types. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don't use it to identify you individually. You're asked on your first visit whether that's OK — nothing loads until you say yes, and declining doesn't affect anything else on the site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings as described below.

Embedded map

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. The map only loads once you scroll near it, and no map data is exchanged before then.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you see, delete and block cookies from a site, usually in the browser's settings or privacy menu. Blocking all cookies may stop some parts of other websites working properly, though this site will still function normally either way, since none of the above are required for it to work.
